WHAT IS LIP BLUSHING?

Lip Blushing will last 2-3 years before needing a touch up.

Pain levels vary person to person. Some clients will feel discomfort during the first pass. Some artists numb before getting started, however; I have learned through the years that applying the topical anesthetic after the first pass will really take effect, penetrate the lip tissue, and give much more comfortability. I will then use topical anesthetic throughout your procedure to keep you comfy as possible. 

 The colors I tattoo with are natural, and are intended to heal very natural. I can certainly enhance your natural color or add color if you're lacking, or add a specific tint you are looking for. Color mixes are all customized to you and what will fit your skin tones and undertones best. Results are soft and natural. On days you want to glam up with your chosen lipstick color (if preferred) it will go over tattooed lips and look great! It is nice to have that choice :) 

Not a problem! Lip filler and lip blushing are very commonly combined. As long as it has been 4 weeks since having lip filler done, you can have lip blushing done! (and vice versa) If you want lip filler after your lip blushing appointment, you must wait a minimum of 4 weeks. 

The pigment color on your lips will initially be dark and bold. Your lips will possibly be swollen or slightly bruised (This does not happen to everyone). They will remain dark for a few days (2-3 days) and then they will start the "peely/patchy" phase of healing. It is important not to pick at your lips. The peeling will typically stop around day 5-6. Once they are fully peeled, and the patchiness is gone, the lips will appear very light. Color may appear uneven at different stages of healing. Be patient :) This is a process that does not yield immediate results.

All aftercare products will be provided for you. Instructions will be gone over with you after the procedure, and sent to you via email or text.
